Training is very important in the proper use of technology; GEON Legal Solutions continually enhances the computer skills of our clients through our training services. We provide full computer training services to new personnel, as well as continuing education and advanced training classes so clients can increase their skills, become more efficient and learn new features of the Summation Software.
Attend a course with Irelands only Summation Support Specialist (SSS) in iBlaze, WebBlaze and Enterprise. These courses are eligible for Continual Professional Development (CPD) points and all attendees will receive a GEON Legal Solutions certificate on completion of the course.

1. Summation Essentials:
Provides essential tools needed to perform the basic tasks associated with a case. This workshop focuses on basic navigation of the Summation interface, case planning tips, and communicating with the support staff. Also covered are document review, simple searching techniques and an in-depth look into working with transcripts. This course will allow you to take better command of your case and will help you streamline the review of your discovery efficiently and effectively. Course materials and a certificate of completion will be provided.
2. Summation Fundamentals:
Provides you with the knowledge and skills necessary to utilise the Summation software efficiently and effectively. Topics include navigating through the Summation interface, coding techniques, skills for searching each component of the case (including the coding, OCR Base, eDiscovery and Transcripts), generating reports and the understanding of search operators and connectors. Additionally, you will learn how to perform redactions, manage transcripts and much more.

3. Summation Case Managment:
Will demonstrate your advanced Summation skills similar to a Case/Project Manager to an employer. It provides the tools for any person in charge of setting up a case, communicating the case needs to a vendor, conducting a database analysis, case planning, loading data, maintaining the database and preparing production sets in a variety of deliverables.

4. Summation Administrator:
Builds on the Summation Fundamentals class covering administrative features of Summation including administrative permissions, database structure, database maintenance, installation, and understanding the back-end of the application and more.
